Glutathione-Rich Foods

Glutathione (GSH) is an endogenous antioxidant ( it is made only by the cells in our body).  You will not find glutathione (GSH) in any food sources.   Glutathione  Peroxidase (GPx) is the form that is found in almost all fruits and vegetables.  It is the enzyme that serves as the free radical scavengers in our bodies while glutathione (GSH) is the master antioxidant.  They are related in the way that eating foods high in GPx will help your body make more GSH therefore keeping your glutathione levels high. The best sources of glutathione GPx:

Milk Products & Meat

Freshly prepared (rare or raw) meats, raw (unpasteurized) milk, and raw eggs are rich sources of glutathione.  Cooking and storage reduces glutathione content. Foods high in sulfur-containing amino acids are good sources of glutathione and this amino acid is called Cysteine.  Cysteine is found in poultry, yogurt, and egg yolks.  It is also found in red peppers, garlic, onions, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, oats and wheat germ.

Keep in mind that these food will have different factors when it comes to absortion in our digestive tracks. Any problems with anatomy, inflammation, nerve disorders and more can hinder the breakdown and absorption of nutrients.  Getting proper nutrition to the cells of your body is more than merely making wise food choices.

These food nutrients must be properly supported with natural supplements to optimize our glutathione levels.  The role of MaxGXL is to give this support since it has been proven in clinical studies how beneficial it is for various ailments.
